Two directions at the top
Samsung E&A, the plant engineering company, got six raises and no cuts. One title on 23 October read “반복되는 서프라이즈”, a repeated surprise. LS Electric, the power-equipment maker, got four cuts and no raises even though its titles were bullish (“AI발 배전시장 초호황”, an AI-driven boom in power distribution). Its new targets run from 235,000 to 310,000 won.
LG Display was cut in all four of its reports.

106 of 172 covered companies, 62%, got exactly one report in a month. Coverage clusters on a few names. Most listed companies get none in a given month; Korea has more than 2,500 listed stocks.
And across all 710 reports, none said Sell. (On how rare Sell ratings are in Korea, see twenty-six sell ratings.)
