Cookies and what we log
This site has no accounts, no login, no payment and no comment box, so there is very little to tell. There is one thing, and it started on 8 August 2026: an analytics tag.
The one thing we run
Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-B06MWDY5K8. It sets cookies in your browser and records that a page was opened — which page, roughly where in the world from, what kind of device, and which link brought you. It is the same tag on all four of our sites (100yearmap.com, seoulmarkets.com, kculturewire.com, klifemap.ai), so a visit that moves between them is counted as one person moving rather than four separate arrivals.
That last part is the honest reason it is one tag and not four: we want to know whether these sites feed each other. It also means Google can associate your visits across them.
What we do not run
- No accounts, no login, no password. There is nothing to sign into.
- No payment. Data requests are handled by email; no card ever touches this site.
- No forms. The newsletter and contact links are
mailto:links — the message goes from your mail program to our inbox and never through this server. - No comments, no uploads, no chat.
- No advertising yet. If we ever carry ads, ad cookies come with them. We will change this page on the same day, not after.
If you write to us
We keep the email. That is unavoidable — it is how we answer you — and we use it only to answer, and to send you the pieces if you asked to be on the list. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone. Reply stop to any message, or write saying delete me, and the address goes.
How to switch the analytics off
Use your browser's tracker blocking, an extension that blocks Google Analytics, or Google's own opt-out add-on. Nothing here breaks when the tag is blocked — every page is plain HTML with the numbers already in it, and none of it waits on the tag to load.
We would rather say that than put a consent banner in front of the reading. If enough of you block it, we will find out from the numbers, which seems like the right way round.
Who we are, and how to ask
Beomjin Academy. Write to parkintaek2@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to complain about any of the above. It is one inbox and a person reads it. There is no form, because a form would be a worse version of an email.
