Refund policy
The data is a digital file. That shapes the rule, and we keep it simple and in your favour where we can.
Before you download — full refund
Change your mind before you have downloaded the dataset and we refund you in full, no questions asked.
After you download — no refund
Once you have downloaded the file, we cannot take it back, so a licence is non-refundable after download — the standard rule for digital data. One exception, below, matters more than the rule.
If a figure is wrong — full refund, even after download
If the data is wrong — a real error in the numbers — you get a full refund even after you have downloaded it. That is our mistake, not yours. We sell accuracy, so we stand behind it: report the error and we will refund the licence and correct the record.
