SeoulMarkets
Terms of use
These terms cover the datasets SeoulMarkets licenses. In plain language: you are buying data, not analysis, and not investment advice.
What you license
You license a dataset — one or more CSV files and tables you download. It is data, not a recommendation. We do not tell you what to buy, sell or hold.
Where the figures come from
Every figure is built from public data — Korea's statistical industry codes (KSIC), corporate filings (DART), the National Pension workplace file and exchange closes, obtained through the public data portal under an unrestricted licence. Each figure is as of the reference date of its source, which is stated in the dataset. Sources release on a lag; the data is not real-time.
What we sell is our parse, our join and our correction record — not the raw filings themselves, which remain the property of their issuers.
Not investment advice
We do not provide investment advice, and we are not responsible for any investment outcome. The datasets describe what has been filed and measured. Any decision you make from them is your own. Nothing here is a solicitation, recommendation, or a statement that any security is a good or bad investment.
Accuracy and corrections
We re-derive every figure from its source and re-check it. When we find and fix an error, we log it in a corrections record that ships with the data — we do not silently edit. If a figure is wrong, see the refund terms below.
Use of the data
A licence is for your organisation's own use and analysis. Please do not resell or redistribute the dataset as-is. Cite SeoulMarkets when you publish figures derived from it.
