Every listed company files, once a year, how long its people stay, what it pays them, and how that splits by gender. Almost nobody joins it up. We sort all of Korea's listed companies into 11 standard sectors and hand you the one thing the big data vendors leave out of their terminals: the labour fingerprint of each sector — tenure, pay, the gender gap, and how concentrated the market cap really is.
- What it is — 2,644 listed companies in 11 sectors, each row carrying tenure, average pay, gender pay gap, female share and market-cap-per-employee, with sector leaders flagged.
- Why trust it — every figure is re-derived from the company's own annual filing (DART) and the exchange's close, and re-checked. Discrepancies are logged, not hidden.
- How big — 2,862 listed companies mapped, 2,644 joined to a market cap. Not a sample — the whole board.
- What only we have — the big vendors sell price and financials. Tenure, churn, gender pay gap and pay-per-head by sector are the columns they don't carry.
- The form — one CSV per sector, plus an all-sector summary. Leaders vs the rest on every row. Refreshed quarterly, on the filing cycle.
① The labour fingerprint — by sector
Each sector reads differently, and the difference is the product. IT is more than half the market's value and brutally concentrated; finance pays the most; health care is the youngest and most female. Median figures shown — the CSV carries every company.

Read IT's 93%: the three biggest names hold 93% of the sector's market cap. A buyer weighing "Korean tech" is really weighing three companies — that is exactly what a concentration column tells you and a price feed does not.

③ Why this is ours to sell — and no one else's
- The columns are the moat. Price and financials are everywhere. Tenure, churn, gender pay gap and pay-per-head, joined to a sector map, are not sold anywhere in Korea.
- Built from filings, not surveys. Every number comes from a company's own legal disclosure — auditable, cite-able, and it reconciles to the source.
- We carry our own corrections. A dataset that logs what it changed is worth more than one that hides it. We sell trust, so the correction record ships with the data.
